Monitor help desk tickets. Resolve or assign to other IT personnel. Follow up and update ticket status and information
Maintains Help Desk tickets to ensure action / closure is completed within the appropriate timeframe
Support local and remote users, computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and software
Complies with data protection and data security including third party protection
Adhere to all required compliance and statutory provisions
Travel to San Diego and Mexico facilities periodically to support IT related installations and projects
Your Profile
1-2 years IT management work experiene with 100+ work stations
End-user work stations and support activities on a primarily Micorsoft based local area network (LAN)
Good understanding of computer systems hardware, operating systems and applications. iPhones and iPads. Printers and scanners. Microsoft Windows. Microsoft Office products.
Strong problem solving skills in a complex IT network
