HELP DESK TECHNICIAN

Your Tasks

  • Monitor help desk tickets. Resolve or assign to other IT personnel.  Follow up and update ticket status and information
  • Maintains Help Desk tickets to ensure action / closure is completed within the appropriate timeframe
  • Support local and remote users, computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and software
  • Complies with data protection and data security including third party protection
  • Adhere to all required compliance and statutory provisions
  • Travel to San Diego and Mexico facilities periodically to support IT related installations and projects

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years IT management work experiene with 100+ work stations
  • End-user work stations and support activities on a primarily Micorsoft based local area network (LAN)
  • Good understanding of computer systems hardware, operating systems and applications.  iPhones and iPads.  Printers and scanners.  Microsoft Windows.  Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong problem solving skills in a complex IT network
