The ODU STAMPTAC® contact system includes stamped parts or stamped contacts that are available in complex geometries or as system solutions. The carefully selected materials, perfectly balanced surface finishing, and precise production technologies ensure the highest level of reliability for all your applications.

Contact geometry for large quantities

Our customized stamped‐contact solutions for large‐scale production are the optimum solution for your application. Especially for large quantities, stamped contacts are the preferred option as they allow high production speeds – and are therefore an efficient and cost‐effective contact system.

Suitable for large-scale production

ODU STAMPTAC® contacts are available as strip material and therefore compatible with highly automated production processes, making them the economical alternative for very high volumes.

Surface technology

Choosing the right surface coating is critical in terms of ensuring the optimum functionality of a contact system. The contact area is designed for low‐loss transmission and high wear resistance. The termination area ensures a stable cable connection with an especially long service life.

Customized solutions

Our vast experience in stamping technology enables us to create solutions that are tailored to your application. This means that the stamped contacts can be adapted to specific requirements – we develop our own tooling technologies in‐house.
