Whether in industrial robots, test equipment, or industrial tool‐change systems: the ODU DOCK Silver‐Line was specially designed for automatic docking. Thanks to its unique springwire technology, this connector solution is designed for at least 100,000 mating cycles – this rises to 10 million with the quick‐change head. These robust and contact‐safe industrial connectors can be equipped with different contact inserts depending on the application.

Automatic docking

The ODU DOCK® Silver‐Line can be easily mated automatically by means of an electrical or pneumatic force. ODU’s durable contact technology is ideally equipped to meet the challenges of automatic docking. The interface including cable assembly is also ready for immediate use.

Quick-change head for easy maintenance

The ODU DOCK Quick‐Change Head meets all requirements for up to 10 million mating cycles. With this quick‐coupling system, you can replace only the interchange part instead of the entire connector, which makes your connection even more durable.

Industrial robots

Today’s industrial manufacturing and production processes would be unthinkable without docking and robot systems. Due to its robust and durable construction, the ODU DOCK is ideal for use in harsh environments. With the optional quick‐change head, valuable time can be saved when replacing parts.

The modular principle behind ODU DOCK

If required, you can also combine the proven ODU‐MAC® modules in your ODU DOCK Connector by means of an adapter. This allows data, fiber optics, and media such as air and fluids to be transmitted.

The durable aluminum or plastic housing meets all requirements for use in harsh industrial environments. The ODU DOCK Silver‐Line is available in three different sizes.
